During dedicated professional development time, teachers have the opportunity to delve into pedagogy, engage in critical reflection, collaborate with peers, visit other schools, lead and participate in professional communities, and pursue further studies. Additionally, all members of the school community are provided with opportunities to discuss their professional development needs through annual performance management cycles. Our staff regularly participate in conferences and workshops with many of our teachers and senior leaders often leading sessions.
