Our extensive Co-Curricular Activities (CCA) programme — one of the most dynamic in the region — offers students rich opportunities to develop their talents and interests outside the classroom. With a strong focus on sports, music, creative and performing arts, and a wide array of enrichment activities, every student can find their place to shine. Service learning, educational trips, and student-led initiatives further strengthen our commitment to character development and global citizenship. Through meaningful community service and charitable projects across both Primary and Secondary, our students are empowered to make a real difference in the lives of others.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Mr.Wayne Harding

Campus Principal

Mr. Wayne, our dedicated international school leader with decades of experience across the UK and Asia. With a strong passion for education and leadership,  he has held a range of senior roles including Head of Department, Deputy Head, and Head of International School. He is committed to academic excellence, student wellbeing, and inclusive education and successfully led whole-school improvement initiatives, developed high-quality academic programmes, and supported staff in raising teaching and learning standards. He takes great pride in building school cultures where both students and educators are empowered to grow and succeed. He believes in the strength of collaboration and places great value on open, respectful communication between staff, families, and students. His leadership is guided by shared values, strategic vision, and a commitment to ensuring every child feels a true sense of belonging while thriving in a positive, forward-thinking environment.

Mr. Loh Ghee Juan

Head of National School

Loh Ghee Juan has vast experience in the field of education, having served as a teacher, school principal, education officer in the Malaysian Ministry of Education, officer on secondment in the Republic of Maldives and as an Education Commissioner in the Prime Minister’s Department. The secondary school that he led in Ipoh won many awards, including the top Form Six in the country. After he retired as the Deputy Director of Education in the Education Management and Leadership Training Division (Institut Aminuddin Baki) in The Malaysian Ministry of Education, he joined the private sector. Before serving in Knewton Global Schools Rawang, he was the training officer in Tenby International School and campus principal of Matrix Global Schools Seremban.

Dr. Teo Kok Choon (Venix), Ed.D

Deputy Head of International School

A dedicated and forward-thinking educational leader, Mr. Teo Kok Choon (Venix) brings extensive experience in academic leadership, assessment management, and curriculum innovation. With a strong foundation in teaching and school operations, he is committed to driving excellence in both student achievement and staff development.
Mr. Venix believes in building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. He is passionate about empowering teachers, strengthening assessment systems, and ensuring high standards in teaching and learning.
Through strategic planning and purposeful leadership, he works closely with staff, students, and families to cultivate a positive, high-performing school environment where every learner is supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
Mr. Andrei Ponomarev

Head of International Primary

A passionate primary leader with a strong track record of driving innovation in teaching and learning. Mr.Andrei brings a wealth of experience in curriculum development, inclusive education, and staff support. He believes in empowering both students and teachers through purposeful, engaging learning experiences. Committed to building a positive school culture, he ensures that every child feels valued and inspired to achieve through collaboration and a supportive environment.
Working in partnership with staff, families, and students is at the heart of his approach, as he believes this is key to creating a strong and thriving school community.
Mr. Arvin Raj

Head of International Secondary

Mr Arvinraj Batumalai is a passionate and approachable educator who brings a strong commitment to both academic excellence and student wellbeing. With extensive experience teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics across IGCSE and Sixth Form levels, he combines subject expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for helping students succeed.
He believes that a positive school culture is built on trust, respect, and strong relationships. Mr Arvinraj enjoys working closely with teachers to support their growth, while creating an environment where students feel confident, motivated, and ready to learn.
Through thoughtful leadership and a student-centred approach, he strives to ensure that every learner is supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Ms. Syahidatul Iryani

Head of International Early Years

Ms. Iryani is a dedicated and passionate Early Years leader committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for young children. With extensive experience in Early Childhood Education, she believes that the early years are the foundation for lifelong learning and development. Through a child-centred approach, she works closely with teachers and families to foster curiosity, confidence, creativity, and independence in every child. Her vision is to ensure that each learner feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential within a positive and engaging school community.
