In our inclusive, multicultural setting, every child is supported and challenged to achieve their best—becoming confident communicators ready for lower secondary.”

TEACHING & LEARNING
KSSR National Curriculum

At KGSR, our KSSR-aligned primary curriculum embodies our purpose and core values by celebrating Malaysia’s diversity, valuing individuality, and empowering pupils to become the best version of themselves. Grounded in the Dokumen Standard Kurikulum dan Pentaksiran (DSKP), it builds firm foundations in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Science and values education, while nurturing respect, responsibility and unity.
We recognise that raising educational outcomes is the most meaningful way to shape our pupils’ futures. By fostering reflective, lifelong learners through Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD) and KBAT (higher-order thinking), we equip them with the knowledge, skills and character to succeed in a rapidly changing world. Our aspiration is to deliver a future-ready Malaysian curriculum—holistic and personalised, enriched by kokurikulum experiences—so pupils develop strong national identity, intercultural understanding and the confidence to progress to lower secondary.
